Lucho Capellán, born in Jarabacoa, D.R. He first attended the institution "Escuaela de Arte-Fundación Luces & Sombras" for the introduction of art studies. After participating in the art program there, he went further to complete a painting workshop with his professor "Henry Santana, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. His personal achievement throughout his entire artistic career includes solo and collective exhibitions. As a token of recognition for his dedication to the world of art, he has participated in many art contest, as well as the major Dominican Republic's biennale and abroad.
